潘世尊博士现为弘光科技大学幼儿保育系教授，他曾获得国立高雄师范大学教育学博士，并曾担任系主任及副校长。他的学术专长包括幼儿发展与学习、探究式课程与教学、建构主义取向教师鹰架、教师专业发展与行动研究。他曾针对许多幼教课程纪实解析教师鹰架策略，并和幼教老师共同发展课程。他近五年的著作涵盖了幼儿STEM教育、学习区课程实践、幼儿自主游戏与探究中的教师鹰架等领域。
Dr. Shih-Tsun Pan holds a Ph.D. in Education from National Kaohsiung Normal University. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Child Care and Education at Hungkuang University in Taiwan, where he previously served as Department Chair and Vice President of the university.
His academic expertise encompasses child development and learning, inquiry-based curriculum and instruction, constructivist scaffolding, teacher professional development, and action research. He has extensively analysed teacher scaffolding strategies across various early childhood curriculum documentation and has collaborated closely with preschool teachers to develop curriculum.
Over the past five years, his publications have focused on early childhood STEM education, learning area practices, and teacher scaffolding within children’s autonomous play and inquiry.
张莉博士现为华东师范大学学前教育系副教授，华东师范大学学前教育学系副教授，毕业于香港大学，现任华东师范大学学前教育学系副系主任，兼任世界学前教育组织（OMEP）中国委员会秘书长及 亚太区域副主席。主要研究方向为儿童入学准备与学习品质发展、学前儿童语言发展与阅读教育。主持省部级课题、中国基础教育协同创新监测中心课题等多项研究项目，并参与联合国儿童基金会、世界学前教育组织及香港大学合作开展的3项国际研究课题。
张副教授已在中英文核心期刊发表论文40余篇，出版专著1部，并参编多部学术著作。曾多次在国际学术会议上作报告，并担任 Early Childhood Research Quarterly、Early Education and Development、Journal of Chinese Writing Systems 等国际期刊审稿人。
Dr. Li Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education at East China Normal University. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Hong Kong and currently serves as Deputy Head of the Department. She also holds the positions of Secretary-General of the China National Committee of the World Organisation for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) and Vice President of OMEP for the Asia-Pacific Region.
Her main research interests include children’s school readiness and approaches to learning, as well as young children’s language development and early reading education. She has led multiple research projects funded at the provincial and ministerial levels, as well as projects supported by the Collaborative Innovation Center for Basic Education Quality Monitoring in China. She has also participated in three international research projects in collaboration with UNICEF, OMEP, and the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Zhang has published more than 40 papers in leading Chinese and international journals, authored one book, and contributed to several academic books. She has presented her research at numerous international conferences and serves as a reviewer for journals including Early Childhood Research Quarterly, Early Education and Development, and Journal of Chinese Writing Systems.
黄龙翔博士是南洋理工大学国立教育学院高级教育研究科学家、印度尼西亚玛琅国立大学客座教授。他在1998年考取南洋理工大学电脑工程博士学位，博士论文与智能教学系统相关。他从事科技辅助语言学习研究已有20年，所领导研发的“语飞行云”(MyCLOUD)无缝华文学习系统曾在五所本地小学扩大使用。他目前积极从事人工智能教育应用研究，过去两年来发表过数十场相关国内外演讲，或为中小学教师开办培训工作坊，也先后在《联合早报》和《海峡时报》言论版、《新明日报》的个人专栏和发表过超过十篇有关生成式人工智能及其教育应用的科普文章。他是亚太电脑教育应用学会的前会长(2018-2019年)，也位列全球首2%顶尖学术人员（根据史丹福大学的长期统计研究）。他也是推广华文学习委员会的学前组组员。
Dr. Wong Lung Hsiang is a Senior Education Research Scientist at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and a Visiting Professor at Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from NTU in 1998, with a dissertation focused on intelligent tutoring systems. With over 20 years of research in technology-enhanced language learning, he led the development of the “MyCLOUD” seamless Chinese learning platform, which was scaled up for implementation in five local primary schools.
Currently, Dr. Wong is actively engaged in research on AI in education and has delivered numerous talks and teacher workshops on the topic both locally and internationally over the past two years. His popular science articles on generative AI and education have been published in Lianhe Zaobao, The Straits Times (Forum), and through his regular column in Shin Min Daily News. A former President of the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE, 2018–2019), Dr. Wong is listed among the world’s top 2% most-cited scientists (as identified by Stanford University’s ongoing study). He also serves as a preschool group member of the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL), Singapore.
符婉月女士从事教育工作超过20年，曾在中学和幼教中心担任华文教师。目前她在新加坡国立幼儿培育教育学院（NIEC）担任资深高级讲师，培训未来的幼教工作者。
Ms Foo Wan Yueh has been an educator for more than 20 years, having taught the Chinese language in secondary school and preschool. Currently, she is a Lead Senior Lecturer training future early childhood educators at the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC).
徐燕女士拥有30年的幼儿教育经验，曾获得学前教育硕士学位，以及新技能资格（WSQ）颁发的培训与评估高级证书。
她曾担任学前华文教师，拥有15年的一线教学经验。2009年，她荣获推广华文学习委员会颁发的首届“杰出学前华文教师奖”特优奖。
多年来，她在教师培训、课程指导及教学督导方面积累了丰富的经验，并曾多次受邀在推广华文学习委员会主办的学前华文教学研讨会上分享教学实践与专业经验。
With 30 years of expertise in early childhood education, Mdm Xu holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ）.
She launched her career as a preschool Chinese language teacher, accumulating 15 years of impactful classroom experience. Her dedication was recognized in 2009 when she received the prestigious Distinguished Award at the inaugural Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award, presented by the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL).
Over the years, Mdm Xu has accumulated extensive experience in teacher training, curriculum mentorship, and instructional supervision. She has been frequently invited to share her pedagogical practices and insights at the Seminar for Preschool Chinese Language Teachers Seminar organized by the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL).
江继兰女士曾获得商业管理硕士，并拥有19年的学前教育与管理经验。她始终秉持对教育事业的热忱与使命感，致力于推动幼儿教育的专业发展。2018年，她荣获推广华文学习委员会颁发的“杰出学前母语教师奖”，这一奖项的肯定，更加坚定了她深耕华文教育领域的信念。
为了持续提升国际教育视野与专业素养，她积极参与国内外教育交流与学习。2024年，她随新加坡幼儿协会前往意大利瑞吉欧·艾米利亚进行教育交流访问，深入学习国际知名的瑞吉欧·艾米利亚教育理念与实践，进一步加深了她对儿童自主学习、环境创设及探究式教学的理解。
2025年，她再次参与新加坡幼儿协会组织的教育交流活动，参访了上海宋庆龄幼儿园、浙江省安吉县、浙江师范大学及杭州幼儿师范学院，深入了解了中国幼儿教育的发展趋势、课程创新与师资培养模式。这进一步拓展了她对国际幼教发展的视野与认知。
Mdm Jiang holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and have 19 years of extensive experience in early childhood education and management. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate and committed to the advancement of early childhood education. In 2018, she was honoured with the Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award presented by the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL). This recognition not only affirmed her dedication to education but also strengthened her commitment to the field of Chinese language teaching.
To continuously broaden her international educational perspective and professional competencies, she actively participates in both local and overseas educational exchange and learning opportunities. In 2024, she joined an educational study visit organised by the Singapore Preschool Association to Reggio Emilia, Italy where she gained in-depth understanding of the internationally renowned Reggio Emilia educational philosophy and practices. This experience further deepened her understanding of children’s self-directed learning, learning environment design, and inquiry-based teaching approaches.
In 2025, she again participated in an educational exchange programme organised by the Singapore Preschool Association, visiting Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten, Anji, Zhejiang Normal University, and Hangzhou Kindergarten Teachers College. Through these visits, she gained deeper insights into the development trends of early childhood education in China, curriculum innovation, and teacher training models, further broadening her international perspective and understanding of preschool education.
孟珏女士拥有19年的学前教育工作经验，现为教育部幼儿园（培林）的高级教师。她多次带领团队获得学校的优秀奖, 也一直参加教育部新晋教师的培训及幼儿培育署的分享会。她坚信每个孩子都有自己的学习方式。在日常教学中，她重视从幼儿的兴趣出发，引导幼儿进行观察、提问、讨论与探索，让幼儿在真实、有意义的过程中，发展主动学习、思考与表达的能力。
Mdm Meng is a senior teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Green and has 19 years of experience in early childhood education. She has led her team of teachers to win the school’s Outstanding Award on multiple occasions and has actively shared her knowledge and experience in MOE-organised training programmes for new teachers, as well as sharing sessions conducted by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
She firmly believes that every child has a unique way of learning. In her teaching practice, she engages children by first sparking their interests, then guiding them to observe, question, discuss, and explore further. Through authentic and meaningful learning experiences, she nurtures children’s ability to learn proactively, think critically, and express themselves confidently.
张珊女士从事学前教育工作已有17年，现为教育部幼儿园（树仁）高级华文教师。她曾在新加坡学前教育 Outstanding Early Childhood Award 的评选中进入最终评选阶段，并曾接受《TODAY》报章的采访。她也曾受邀与对学前教育有兴趣的准教师群体分享教学经验与成长心得。此外，她也长期参与教育部课程培训，为新晋教师提供教学支持。
Mdm Zhang Shan has been working in early childhood education for 17 years and is currently a Senior Chinese Language Teacher at a Ministry of Education Kindergarten (Angsana).
She was shortlisted for the final stage of the Outstanding Early Childhood Award in Singapore and was also interviewed by TODAY newspaper. She has been invited to share her teaching experience with aspiring early childhood educators, and has been involved in Ministry of Education curriculum training, providing pedagogical support to beginning teachers.
魏秀蓉女士拥有十九年的学前教学经验，现为新加坡教育部幼儿园（湾景）主导教师。她于2016年荣获“杰出学前母语教师奖”，并于2025年荣获新加坡教师学院颁发的“专业发展奖”。此外，她也曾接受《联合早报》、Today及Beanstalk等报章与杂志的采访。
Mdm Wei Xiurong has 19 years of teaching experience in preschools as a Chinese language teacher. She currently serves as a Lead Teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Cove.
Mdm Wei received the Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award in 2016 and was conferred the Professional Development Award by the Academy of Singapore Teachers in 2025. She has also been featured in newspaper articles and magazines such as ‘Lianhe Zaobao’, ‘Today’, and ‘Beanstalk’.
